Return Policy

HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 2017: 

If you are purchasing as a gift please let us know during checkout. We will allow an extended return policy up to Jan 5th, 2018 on gift purchases only. If gift purchase is damaged please let us know as soon as possible. All policies below still in effect. Please read. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

We believe you're going to love your purchase! If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Gordelly, Unlimited within five (5) days of receipt of your order to be eligible for return/exchange. Only items purchased directly from Gordelly, Unlimited are eligible for return. Please contact Gordelly, Unlimited to request a return authorization code and let us know which items you are returning/exchanging. We must receive your return within seven (7) days after we issue you the authorization code.  Once your return/exchange is shipped, please let us know your return/exchange is on its way and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number. 

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee for shipping the item back to us. Please be sure to purchase insurance on all items you are returning. Item must also be in the original packaging with tags and a receipt of purchase must be issued by Gordelly, Unlimited. All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. We have the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria for a refund. If we deny the refund we will notify you by email about our decision.

Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees, both to ship the item back to Gordelly, Unlimited and for shipping replacement item to buyer. Gordelly, Unlimited must receive the item before a replacement will be shipped. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us, so we can determine if we have the item in stock to be able to exchange. We will email you with further instructions. Please be aware Gordelly, Unlimited has small quantities in stock, therefore we may need to order from our US distributor to replenish our stock if they have it available. We will inform you of any delays when you request an exchange.

Be sure to bubble wrap and box breakable items carefully. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to us are non-refundable. If exchanging, you are responsible for new shipping charges. We will inform you what they are when we ship the replacement. Once new shipping charges are approved by you, we will do our best to process your return or exchange within seven (7) business days after receipt of the package. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

You can be assured we make every effort to package your breakable products in bubble wrap and box them carefully before shipping. In the event you receive a damaged item, please send photographic proof of damage immediately to: gordellyunlimited@gmail.com. You must let us know of a damaged item within 24 hours of receipt of your order. After 2 days, we are unable to file a claim and issue you a refund. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging in which you received the item for inspection by FEDEX, UPS, or USPS, whichever was used for shipping your package. 

If a replacement is needed due to damage caused during shipping, we will do our best to replace the item. All Return/Exchange Policies above apply, however, Gordelly, Unlimited will assume responsibility for shipping fees both to return the item (if applicable) to Gordelly, Unlimited and for Gordelly, Unlimited to ship the replacement item back to the buyer. We will notify you when we ship the replacement, if it is in stock or give further instructions. 

Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to monitor color calibrations.

REFUNDS: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within seven (7) days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 30 days for it to show on your financial statement.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

SALE ITEMS: (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us we highly suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
