Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: (Updated 6/22/2024)

We have two different return policies. Please review:

All Handmade, Vintage & Previously Loved Items: 

Due to the age and/or handmade nature of these items, buyers should be aware that these items will have imperfections. These items are sold “as is” with no guarantees. Please review photos or ask additional questions as to condition of the item you are interested in. Please refer to each product page to determine if a vintage item is shippable. This policy is for in-person and online purchases. ALL SALES FINAL on Vintage, Handmade & Previously Owned Items. 

Please be aware that all handmade items are "one of a kind" so no 2 will look the same. The item you receive may not look exactly like the photo on the product listing. There will be variations. 

Contemporary (New) items: 

IN PERSON PURCHASES (including online purchases picked up in person)

You have 14 days to return your item in new, unused and original condition that it was purchased in for a refund or a credit. Refund will be made to the original payment method. This policy does not include new handmade candles or new concrete decor. Please refer to the above policy on handmade items. 

 

ONLINE PURCHASES THAT ARE SHIPPED:

Please refer to the above Handmade, Vintage & Previously Loved Items Policy. Those are ALL SALES FINAL.

All new items have 14 days to return for a refund or store credit.  Please email Gordelly, Unlimited to request a return authorization code and let us know which items you are returning. We must receive the item within 7 days of authorizing your return before issuing a refund or store credit. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. All items must be in original, unused condition, all tags attached, and in original packaging to receive a refund or store credit. We have the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria for a refund or store credit. Please be sure to purchase insurance on all items you are returning.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

We do everything in our power to make sure the item or items you purchase are packed and shipped to prevent breakage. In the event you receive an item that is damaged during shipment, please send photographic proof of damage to gordellyunlimited@gmail.com immediately. IMPORTANT: You must let us know of a damaged item within 24 hours of receipt of your order. After 2 days, we are unable to file a claim with the shipping carrier or issue you a refund. Please keep the original packaging in which you received the item in case of inspection by UPS, or USPS, (or DHL if international shipment) whichever shipping company was used for shipping your package. Once the carrier makes a determination, we will refund to original payment method. 

REFUNDS: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for the transaction to show on your statement. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gordellyunlimited@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES: (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want the same item please contact us at gordellyunlimited@gmail.com, so we can determine if we have the item in stock to be able to exchange. We will email you with further instructions. VINTAGE: Usually these items are “1 of” and no replacement is made. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary. 

GIFTS:

Please refer to the above policies. 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
