The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Attention: We are noticing that there might be a delay in receiving your package, due to COVID, depending on the carrier you choose. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We have no control over any delays once your purchase leaves our facility, but we will keep you up to date if there are any additional unforeseen/unexpected delays. You may also check tracking with the tracking number we email to you. Please contact us if you have questions. We are here to help.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Weekends or Holidays. We are taking extra precautions during the shipping process to ensure your safety and ours during this COVID-19 pandemic. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during the holidays or there are adverse weather conditions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED AT THIS TIME BY THE CARRIER. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or text. (If you provided your phone number during check out)
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the choice of USPS or UPS (or DHL for international shipments) and charges will vary depending on location, size, weight and type of shipping used. Shipping rates displayed are for weight without the packaging or box. All carriers charge more for a larger box over 14 inches in height. If we see that the shipping is significantly higher for your large/heavy/bulky item we will send you an email letting you know the additional charge. In the past we have not charged the difference and have eaten the cost, but we can no longer do that. We appreciate your understanding on this matter (Shipping rates may be subject to change without notice)
We ship to 62 states/territories and APO/FPO/DPO.
APO/FPO can only ship via USPS Priority Mail.
We are working with some of our vendors during this time of uncertainty, who are shipping from their warehouse here in the US to directly to your home or designated place in he US. They will NOT ship to PO Box addresses. We will contact you with additional information if you choose to purchase these items.
We ship worldwide to 241 countries/regions.
We are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes or fees needed to receive your package once it arrives in your country/region. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval.
You will be responsible for returning and paying shipping and additional duties, taxes and fees that the USA charges for items coming back, if you change your mind about your purchase. Please refer to our Refund/Return Policies.
